Holt School Spirit Day, Dec. 20 - Pajama Day!
Friday, December 20th, is a Holt Spirit Day, and it’s Pajama Day! Wear your comfy PJs, sweats, robe, or Holt spirit gear!
Winter Break Food Assistance 2024
Harlow Serves would like to provide your child with food assistance over Winter Break. This program is for students currently enrolled at Holt Elementary. Food Boxes need to be picked up at Holt on Wednesday, Dec. 18, or Thursday, Dec. 19, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm. The deadline is Wednesday, Dec. 8 for returning paper applications to the Holt office OR signing up at https://bit.ly/feedhope2024
Food Assistance Donations are Accepted Now!
Want to help Harlow Serves with its food assistance program? Holt will have two barrels out front where families can drop off any donations. Families can also make online donations through the Holt PTO Zeffy portal. We can most use:
- canned entrees such as Beefaroni or Spaghettios
- non-refrigerated milk
- cups of fruit
- granola bars
- cereal boxes

Monthly PTO Meeting
There is no meeting this month, but please join us at our next meeting on Wednesday, January 8th, at 6:00 PM in the Holt Library. Childcare will be provided. We will be discussing our Bingo Bash & Silent Auction event happening in February, our biggest annual fundraiser, the Holt Bolt Jog-a-Thon that will be in April, our Spring Carnival in May, and end-of-year plans.
Holt Night Out - Tuesday, December 17th
Holt Elementary PTO will receive 25% of fundraiser sales* during this fundraiser. Participate on Dec 17, 2024 by ordering online using the code MODGIVES25 or by visiting this MOD location and showing the above fundraiser flyer or mentioning the fundraiser at checkout.
BottleDrop Blue Bags
Thank you to everyone who dropped off bags of bottles and cans during our drive last week. We made about $120 from everything that was dropped off. Good news is our BottleDrop fundraising blue bags are available year round!
1. Stop by the front office and pick some up yourself -OR- you can send us an email at HoltElementaryPTO@gmail.com with your kid's name and how many bags you would like, and we can get some blue bags sent home with your kid.
2. Drop the bags off at the BottleDrop redemption center (scan the QR code to open the locked drop door) -OR- you can drop the bags off at the school and we can get the bags dropped off for you.
Eugene Ballet Assembly
Eugene Ballet Youth is excited to present a shortened rendition of E.T.A. Hoffman's enchanting holiday tale, The Nutcracker, Short & Suite. Enjoy the magic of the season with the Sugar Plum Fairy, swirling snowflakes, dancing sweets, and more. The production provides education, inspiration, and enjoyment for all ages!
