Students are dismissed early on Wednesdays at 1:10. This is a change from last year when the early release day was a different day of the week.

Holt Curriculum Night and the Title 1 Annual Meeting will be on Tuesday, Sept. 26th. Connect with your child’s teacher and learn about your child’s classroom & school year! Grade-level meeting times will be:
5:00-5:25, Grades K/1
5:30-5:55, Grades 2/3
6:00-6:25, Grades 4/5
There will be FREE pizza for families in the cafeteria from 5:30-6:30 and childcare for students 5 years or older in the gym.

Thursday, September 28th is a Holt Night Out Fundraiser at DoughMo Cookies!
Owned by a Holt family and located in Downtown Eugene at 980 Oak St. under the Overpark Parking Garage (free parking the first hour), you can grab some coffee and lattes for friends and co-workers or bring the fam for big & thick cookies and soft serve!

Picture Day is Coming, Thursday, October 5
Order your school pictures now at mylifetouch.com and enter the Picture Day ID EVT3JP9HZ. Then don’t worry about returning anything on Picture Day, Thursday, October 5th. Picture retakes will be on November 16th.
Extra Yards for Teachers Nomination
Do you know a teacher who goes above and beyond for their students? The University of Oregon Athletic Department and the Pac-12 Conference have partnered with the College Football Playoff Extra Yards for Teachers program to be able to award four lucky teachers with over $1,500 each!
